Texas A&M hosts LSU on Senior Night – Texas A&M Athletics

BRYAN COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Texas A&M volleyball team welcomes LSU for a midweek matchup on Wednesday, November 16 at the Reed Arena for the program’s Senior Night. The Aggies graduate six players from the team, with senior ceremonies taking place after the game.

The first serve is scheduled for 6 p.m. between the Aggies (12-14, 4-11 SEK) and the LSU (14-11, 8-7 SEK). Fans can follow the action live on SEC Network+ or follow through with live stats.

Caroline Meuth leads the Southeastern Conference in total kills (394) while ranking second in total points (457) and fifth in kills per set (3.94). Madison Bowser remains the most efficient hitter in the conference, holding a batting average of .417, 0.042 percent more than her closest competition.

LAST TIME-OUT
Texas A&M dropped Saturday’s game against No. 11 Florida. The Aggies were highlighted by Caroline Meuthwho continued to be a consistent performer for the team that season as she racked up 17 kills in the match.

Stand up instead of injured Logan Lednicky was Mia JohnsonShe finished her career with kills for A&M in consecutive games when she reached 13, her second straight double-digit kill match of the season.

Ava Underwood was presented with the Libero shirt for Saturday’s game and looked great. Underwood set a new career high in digs when she turned 16.

SCOUTING THE SERIES
Texas A&M retains a strong all-time series advantage over LSU with a 31-18. The Aggies have also led 9-5 in team games since joining the SEC in 2012.

The Tigers visit Reed Arena, where A&M boast a 4-0 record set in 2015. The Aggies once again have home field advantage where they hope to keep the series alive.
