Colorado Rapids Signs Multi-Year Shirt Sponsorship With University of Colorado Health System

Over the coming months, fans of the MLS Colorado Rapids First Team, their MLS NEXT ACADEMY program and select Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club teams will experience the first wave of cooperative marketing between the Rapids organization and one of the Rocky Mountain area’s premier employers , University of Colorado Health-UCHealth.

The regional healthcare provider employs 29,000 people, has 12 acute care hospitals, world-class biomedical research and hundreds of physicians throughout Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska.

As part of the relationship, UCHealth brings Ready. Sentence. CO.”, a novel wellness-focused initiative designed to help restore Colorado to the healthiest state in the United States. UCHealth, the Rapids and Kroneke Sports Entertainment will jointly deliver health-related education and outreach programs, health and wellness events, and additional community health investments as part of a fresh Ready. The common goal is to provide opportunities for all Colorado residents to lead healthier lives.

As a key part of the relationship, UCHealth will become the Rapids’ official shirt sponsor through the 2029 MLS season. To expand the mission of this partnership, the UCHealth logo will be featured prominently on the front of the Rapids jerseys.

Rapids jerseys symbolize the two organizations’ shared commitment to encouraging fans, club partners and the Colorado community to join the team and commit to living their best, healthy life in Colorado.
