Brand New Day continues to serve California with specialized extended benefit Medicare Advantage plans during this annual enrollment period

WESTMINSTER, CA–(BUSINESS WIRE). Brand New Day has developed Medicare Advantage plans tailored to the specific needs of the Medicare-eligible population, including those with chronic conditions, a traditionally underserved group.

For more than 35 years, Brand New Day has been focused on providing coverage that improves care and outcomes for the general Medicare-eligible population, as well as for those with chronic conditions or dual special needs. This enduring commitment has led Brand New Day to a position as the nation’s third-largest provider of chronic special needs plans (C-SNP), a type of Medicare Advantage plan designed to meet the unique needs of people living with chronic conditions fulfill.

To make convenient access to health care more affordable for many Californians, Brand New Day is offering Medicare Part B rebates of up to $1,800 per year in some of the counties it serves to reduce members’ monthly Part B premiums. And its Comprehensive Care Management programs include free, state-of-the-art home health telemedicine services to monitor health improvements. Brand New Day also offers a unique no-fee Transition of Care (TOC) program to help members transition safely, smoothly and seamlessly from one care facility to another.

In addition, Brand New Day health plans offer a comprehensive list of the most requested benefits by members, including:
